Zelensky announced a bilateral document with Hungary and spoke about Ukrainians abroad.


The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, met with leaders of communities and districts of Transcarpathia. He announced this during a press conference. Zelensky noted that Ukrainians who are currently abroad would return to Ukraine as their payments and social support abroad will soon end. The President stated that the leaders of the countries only want to keep working Ukrainians in their states. He also emphasized the need to improve relations with Hungary and adopt a document that includes a clause on Ukraine's accession to NATO. Zelensky expressed hope that Hungary would not block this clause. The President also announced the creation of departments abroad that will represent Ukrainian human capital. According to Zelensky, at the beginning of the war, he hoped that the Ukrainian security model would resemble the Israeli one.
