Putin believes in victory over Ukraine and is ready to continue fighting - US intelligence.

The Ukrainian government is rushing to resolve an important issue
Russian President Vladimir Putin continues to try to achieve victory in Ukraine, disregarding significant losses and the prolonged conflict. According to the report 'Assessment of Global Threats - 2025', prepared by the US Military Intelligence for Congress, Putin's strategy remains unchanged, reports 'Glavcom'.
US military intelligence asserts that Putin's main goal in Ukraine remains achieving neutrality for the country and further disintegration of its statehood. Without a peace agreement or significant support from the West, Russia is likely to continue its aggressive strategy until 2025, incurring significant losses among military equipment and personnel on the battlefield.
In pursuit of this goal, Russia has deployed more than 10,000 North Korean soldiers along the Kursk Salient to support its offensive operations.
At the same Time, Russia continues attacks on Ukraine's critical infrastructure using strike drones and long-range missiles. Some progress is also observed in capturing parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, as well as in returning the Kursk region under Russia's control.
It should be noted that the Russian economy is under significant pressure due to military activities and Western sanctions. The decline in profitability of oil refineries is leading to a reduction in fuel supply volumes in the domestic market, forcing the Kremlin to seek ways to address economic problems.
