The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reported that the lifting of martial law and the holding of the electoral campaign will proceed according to the planned schedule. He stated this during a briefing. Zelensky emphasized that the main task at the moment is to ensure silence and monitor its adherence.
It is important that silence is ensured everywhere, therefore we need technical assistance for monitoring
The President also mentioned the proposal from the USA regarding a 30-day period of silence to prepare a plan for ending the war. After the plan is implemented, martial law will be lifted and elections will be held in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. All this will happen without delays.
Let us recall that the international community has already reacted to the results of negotiations between Ukraine and the USA.
