Russian strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure have significantly damaged the system's resilience
In October 2022, the Russians attacked over a thousand objects of Ukraine's energy infrastructure, which significantly impacted its resilience.
"Since October 2022, the enemy has inflicted over a thousand strikes on civilian energy infrastructure objects. This negatively affects the operation of the energy system. However, we continue to carry out intensive repair works. Our main goal is to restore the operation of damaged objects as much as possible", said Mykola Kolisnyk, Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine.
Commenting on the information about a possible Russian attack on nuclear energy infrastructure, Kolisnyk noted that this information was passed on to IAEA representatives.
