Made explosives for terrorist acts in Ukraine: FSB agent exposed in Odesa region.


Russian agent detained in Odesa, who was making explosive devices
The Security Service and the National Police detained a Russian agent in Odesa, who, on the orders of the FSB, was making improvised explosive devices for terrorist acts throughout Ukraine. This is reported by 'Glavkom' with reference to the SBU.
According to the investigation, one of these explosives was used by the Russian against Ukrainian law enforcement officers in the city of Bilyiivka on March 23 this year. At that Time, a woman recruited by the FSB brought a package with IED into the local police station. A few minutes later, the explosive was detonated along with the agent.
The courier handed over the explosive device to the executor of the terrorist act
Currently, a Russian agent has been detained, who manufactured and handed over the explosive device to the executor of the terrorist act through a courier.
Criminal from Dnipropetrovsk region
According to the investigation, the subject is a 44-year-old criminal from the Dnipropetrovsk region, who was wanted for thefts. He was hiding in Odesa, where he was spotted by the FSB due to his activity on search Telegram channels.
Set fire to soldiers' cars
After recruitment, the agent set fire to several cars of Ukrainian soldiers in the port city. He then changed addresses and used a rented apartment as a workshop for making explosive devices.
Detained after the explosion in Bilyiivka
After the explosion in Bilyiivka, the agent tried to cover his tracks from law enforcement by regularly changing phone numbers and places of residence. The SBU located the subject and detained him.
New explosive device seized
During searches in one of the rented dwellings of the Russian agent, a new disguised explosive device resembling a fire extinguisher with additional shrapnel elements and a phone for remote activation was seized. The occupiers intended to use it soon for a new terrorist act in the region.
The detained faces life imprisonment
The detainee has been notified of suspicion under part 3 of Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Terrorist act resulting in death). The perpetrator is in custody and faces life imprisonment with asset confiscation.
It should be noted that the SBU, together with the police, also prevented a terrorist act by Russian intelligence in Lviv, detaining two agents.
