In Ukraine, gas tariffs have been set from May 1: prices for the next six months announced.

Taras Melnychuk, the permanent representative of the government in the Verkhovna Rada, informed Ukrainian consumers about gas tariffs for the next six months. According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, fixed gas prices will remain unchanged from the beginning of May until the end of October 2025. This means that consumers will continue to pay for gas at current tariffs. Gas will be supplied by 'Naftogaz of Ukraine' at a price of 7.96 UAH per cubic meter, which is about 98% of all supplies in the country.

Other companies are also operating in the market, offering their tariffs:

  • 'Energy Trade Group' - 7.799 UAH/cubic meter (commercial offer - 9.977 UAH/cubic meter);
  • 'Ternopiloblgaz Sales' - 7.96 UAH/cubic meter;
  • 'Prykarpatenergo Trade' - 7.98 UAH/cubic meter;
  • 'Galnaftogas' (FOP 'OKKO Contract') - 7.99 UAH/cubic meter;
  • 'Lvivenergozdor' - 8.20 UAH/cubic meter (commercial offer - 23.00 UAH/cubic meter);
  • 'Kyiv Energy Services' (YASNO) - 8.46 UAH/cubic meter;
  • 'Dnipro Energy Services' (YASNO) - 8.46 UAH/cubic meter;
  • 'Retail Service' (TM 'SvitGaz') - 9.99 UAH/cubic meter (commercial offer - 20.99 UAH/cubic meter).

The Ministry of Energy also reacted to rumors about a possible increase in electricity tariffs.
