Ukrenergo and DTEK announced power outages across Ukraine on August 29: schedule.

Ukrenergo reports power outages across Ukraine on August 29. Consumption restriction measures will be in effect throughout the day. Schedules for implementing restrictions are available on the websites and social media pages of regional energy suppliers. It is important to note that the power supply to critical infrastructure facilities will not be restricted.
DTEK provided a more detailed outage schedule for August 29:
- From 00:00 to 15:00 - two stages
- From 15:00 to 22:00 - three stages
- From 22:00 to 24:00 - two stages
These restrictions are related to the aftermath of a large-scale missile and drone attack carried out on August 26. As of August 28, due to hostilities and other reasons, 584 localities remain without power supply.
Power consumption remains high due to the heat in most regions of Ukraine. On August 27, the maximum consumption was recorded during the daytime, at the previous day's level.
Ukrenergo notes that the Ukrainian power system is still recovering from nine massive attacks. There remains a power capacity deficit in the system, and emergency and planned repairs continue at energy facilities.
On August 27, Ukraine received emergency assistance from the power systems of Poland and Slovakia. Electricity exports from Ukraine are currently not happening and are not anticipated.
