In Vladivostok, an unknown individual set fire to cars in a parking lot. The perpetrator doused one of the cars with a flammable liquid and ignited it, after which the fire spread to other nearby vehicles. A total of 22 cars were burned as a result of the arson. The police are investigating the incident, and the prosecutor's office classified it as an intentional vehicle arson. No information about the victims is available.
