Today, a series of powerful explosions occurred at the 51st arsenal of the Main Rocket and Artillery Directorate (GRAU) of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in the Vladimir region, causing a large-scale detonation of munitions. Local residents observe a 'fireball' and thick smoke over the village of Barsovo.

Among them were artillery shells, rockets for multiple launch rocket systems, components of anti-aircraft missile systems, tactical missiles of the 'Tochka-U' type, and other types of weaponry.

The local authorities announced the evacuation of settlements located near the military facility. The evacuation of residents of the village of Barsovo, where military unit number 11785 is located, has been confirmed. Evacuation is also being carried out from the village of Mirny.
