Trump may give Ukraine new opportunities with ATACMS - where it will reach.

US President Donald Trump is considering granting Ukraine permission to use long-range ATACMS missiles to their full range - 300 kilometers.
Trump will allow strikes on Russia
According to The Washington Post, Ukraine already has 18 ATACMS missiles, but they cannot be used to their full potential. However, if the restrictions are lifted, Ukrainian forces will have the ability to attack Russian military targets far beyond the borders.
There was also consideration to transfer Tomahawk cruise missiles to Ukraine, which could reach Russian capitals, but this option has now been dismissed. Internal discussions showed that Trump believes Putin will agree to negotiations only under serious military pressure.
- personal offense towards Putin for ignoring calls for a ceasefire,
- confidence in the strength of American weapons after strikes on Iran,
- belief that Putin will only agree to negotiations under strong military pressure.
Although there is no official confirmation of this decision yet, sources in the Trump administration hint that possible support for Ukraine is on the table.
The US president's team is exploring the possibility of granting Ukraine permission to use long-range missiles to strike Russian military targets. Such steps aim to force Russia into negotiations under the pressure of military force.Read also
