"Terrorists" and "puppets": Russia decides not to participate in the Peace Summit.

Russia officially refused to participate in the second Peace Summit
Russia officially refused to participate in the second Peace Summit, organized by Ukraine with the support of international partners. This Time, Moscow accused everyone of "fraud" and "pushing an ultimatum for surrender".
This was reported by "Hvilya", referring to the statement of the spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.
She called the preparation of the second Peace Summit "another manifestation of fraud by the Anglo-Saxons and their Ukrainian puppets". In addition, Zakharova stated that these same "Anglo-Saxons" and "Ukrainian puppets" want to "impose the absolutely non-viable 'Zelensky formula' as an alternative basis for resolving the conflict, to achieve its support from the world majority and, on their behalf, an ultimatum for surrender".
"We will not participate in such "summits","" - said the Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson.
Zakharova stated that Moscow is ready for "political-diplomatic settlement", but only on its own terms, which naturally "include taking into account the situation on the ground". This can be translated from diplomatic language as a desire to maintain territories seized by force.
In addition, she stated that Russia, which carries out terrorist acts in Ukraine every day, "will not talk to terrorists".
Recall, earlier Zelensky stated that the next Peace Summit will be in November and Russia will be invited to it.
