Ukraine's Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko proposed to introduce a moratorium on inspections of businesses by state regulatory authorities. This step aims to help entrepreneurs operate without unnecessary obstacles and facilitate economic recovery during the war.As part of the plan, Svyrydenko suggests implementing targeted inspections only for high-risk enterprises, digitizing the state supervision system, and reducing the number of unfounded cases. It is also proposed to change the procedures for opening criminal cases, annul the blocking of enterprise assets, and terminate unverified actions. The government advocates for the interests of businesses and prepares bills to protect entrepreneurs. This will contribute to creating a positive entrepreneurial atmosphere and help in economic recovery. It is noted that control over the activities of unscrupulous businessmen will remain with law enforcement agencies.
