Starmer to discuss with Biden $20 billion for Ukraine and the use of Storm Shadow missiles.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer plans to appeal to US President Joe Biden to allocate the promised $20 billion credit to Ukraine before Donald Trump came to power.
The British Prime Minister plans to personally meet with the American President at the upcoming G20 summit in Brazil.
In addition to financial support, Starmer wants to raise the issue of granting Ukraine permission to use Storm Shadow missiles to strike deep into Russian territory.
Earlier, Starmer and French President Emmanuel Macron had already discussed this issue during a meeting in Paris.
Western allies are working to persuade Biden to expand support for Ukraine in the final two months of his presidency. European capitals fear that Trump may force Ukraine to give up territories under Russian control.
The G7 countries agreed back in June to allocate credits to Kyiv totaling $50 billion. The US pledged to provide $20 billion of this amount, but the funds have not yet been transferred.
