The USA strengthens military presence in the Middle East amid threats from Iran.

The US Secretary of Defense, Pete Gersek, has increased the US military capability in the Middle East with additional combat aircraft. The relevant information was made public by the Pentagon. Over the past week, up to six B-2 bombers have been moved to the military base on Diego Garcia Island in the Indian Ocean. Experts believe that these planes have the best technology for operations in the Middle East. Regarding possible threats from Iran or its proxies, the Pentagon stated that the USA would take decisive actions to protect its people and interests. Currently, two American aircraft carriers are already present in the region.
US President Donald Trump also threatened Iran with bombings and secondary tariffs. This concerns the situation if the authorities in Tehran do not reach an agreement with Washington regarding its nuclear program. Although B-2s have been used for strikes on hostile targets in Yemen, they are considered excessive for this particular region. Still, the aircraft itself is equipped with powerful American bombs and can be used to strike Iran's nuclear program.
Overall, there is already significant firepower in the Middle East, and with additional military reinforcements from the USA, the situation is escalating even further. However, specific details and plans regarding the use of these forces are not clarified.
The Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei responded to Trump's threats, stating that the USA will receive a powerful blow. The commander of the Aerospace Forces of the Revolutionary Guard, Amirali Hajizadeh, also threatened American forces in the Middle East, emphasizing the presence of American bases in the region.
It is worth noting that the USA has already sent some air defense assets from Asia to the Middle East. This indicates preparations for potential military conflicts and the readiness of the USA to defend its interests in the region.
It should be remembered that Trump previously withdrew the USA from the nuclear agreement with Iran and reinstated American sanctions against Tehran. This has led to a deterioration of relations between the countries and increased tension in the Middle East.
