Scandalous tender for the construction of a military cemetery. The Antimonopoly Committee revealed collusion.

The state institution blocked the complaints of discrimination in the tender
For a month and a half, the head of the state institution 'National Military Memorial Cemetery' has been facing complaints of discrimination submitted to the Antimonopoly Committee. These complaints relate to requirements that violate the transparency of participation in a large tender worth over 1 billion hryvnias. This was reported in the material from 'Glavcom'.
Problems arose due to the participation of the Group of Companies 'Avtostrada' in the bidding, which also wishes to receive the state order. After reviewing the complaint, the Antimonopoly Committee recognized that the customer indeed established discriminatory conditions in the tender, which violated the rules of fair competition.
The next stage of the tender
After intervention and adjustments, an auction for 1.31 billion hryvnias is scheduled for May 12 for the construction of the second phase of the military memorial cemetery near Kyiv. This will be an important step in the implementation of the project and will provide the necessary equipment for the future cemetery.
