Syrskyi summarized March: defense maintenance, 158 DeepStrike strikes, and a decrease in Ukrainian Armed Forces losses.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine defined tasks for April
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi held a comprehensive meeting on the results of the Armed Forces of Ukraine's activities in March 2025, during which he outlined priority tasks for April.
According to the Commander-in-Chief, Ukrainian troops managed to achieve positive results in fulfilling key tasks - maintaining defense lines and stabilizing the situation in threatening directions. He also noted that the enemy is concentrating its main offensive efforts in the Pokrovsk direction but is effectively stalled.
Ukrainian troops are using active defense tactics, improving their tactical position, and restraining enemy forces in certain sections of the front. In particular, the artillery of the Defense Forces completed 100,000 fire missions, and UAV operators conducted over 81,700 combat special tasks, including those using DeepStrike means.
During the meeting, issues regarding the staffing of units, restoring combat capability, forming new army corps, logistics, and repairing military equipment were discussed. The preparation of weapons for operation in the spring-summer season and protection against FPV drones was also important.
Syrskyi noted that as a result of modernizing the basic general military training course and introducing a mandatory adaptive period for recruits, it was possible to reduce losses. He urged to maintain discipline, develop, and move forward.
