The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andriy Sibiga, at a joint briefing with the Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France, Jean-Noël Barrot, in Kyiv, stated that Ukraine will stop the advance of Russians by granting permission to carry out long-range strikes with Western-made weapons on military targets in Russia.
Sibiga emphasized that this decision aims to prevent further advances of Russian troops, the capture of additional territories of Ukraine, and the destruction of Ukrainian soldiers and warriors.
