Secret List: What US Weapons Can Be Transferred to Ukraine - CNN.

The US military command in Europe is compiling a list of American weapon systems that can help Ukraine in its confrontation with Russia, but they have not yet been transferred. General Christopher Cavoli, the commander-in-chief of US armed forces in Europe, added these systems to the Biden administration's strategic report on Ukraine.
Among these systems are 'air-to-surface' missiles and the Link 16 communication network, which is used by NATO. Ukraine has repeatedly requested to receive these systems but has not yet received them. The reasons for this are not stated, but they may be related to concerns about transferring sensitive technology to the Russians and the limited usefulness of 'air-to-surface' missiles.
The process of advancing military aid and preparation in Ukraine continues. NATO has created its own mechanism for providing aid and training, and the Pentagon is nearing the conclusion of contracts with private companies for servicing and logistics of Ukrainian equipment.
It is hoped that by 2025, Russia will suffer significant losses and economic pressure, leading to the weakening of its military efforts.
