The Russian fleet has lost the ability to influence the war in Ukraine - Navy.

The Russian fleet no longer has any influence on the course of the fighting in Ukraine. This was stated by the spokesman for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Dmytro Pletenchuk.
According to Pletenchuk, the readiness of the naval fleet has no impact on the course of the war.
Colleagues from the intelligence service can answer this question more professionally. I can say that the readiness and the number of units, no matter how high they are, practically cannot influence the course of the fighting in our region. Even if some units could be transferred via inland waters, they will not do so, as they cannot even cope with the remaining units in the Black Sea, in the Black Sea Fleet, which is practically paralyzed in the Azov and Black Seas. As for other waters, such as the Mediterranean, they cannot reach here from there either
From September 10 to 16, 2024, the Russian Federation conducted large strategic exercises called 'Ocean-24'. Earlier reports stated that the exercises involved more than 400 ships, 120 aircraft, 7,000 vehicles, and 90,000 personnel. They took place in the Barents Sea, the Baltic Sea, the Mediterranean, the Caspian Sea, as well as in the Pacific and Arctic Oceans.
Previously, the British intelligence service reported on a new strategy of the RF in the Black Sea. After the loss of the Tu-22M3, the Russian forces became more cautious in their attack operations.
The training of the Russian fleet included attacks on targets in the heart of Europe with missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads.
