Russian forces prepare for assaults in the Zaporizhzhia direction.

Russian troops plan to reach the administrative borders of the Donetsk region and capture Zaporizhzhia. Now the occupiers are preparing for an assault in the Zaporizhzhia direction. This was reported by the spokesman of the Southern Defense Forces, Vladyslav Voloshin, in a comment for «Radio Liberty».
«Today the enemy is trying to gather forces and means for conducting assault actions, not offensive ones. In particular, this concerns Pryyutne and Robotyne», – he noted.
According to Voloshin, the Russians plan to assault Pryyutne and continue moving towards Velyka Novosilka to occupy the Donetsk region and block the logistical routes of Ukrainian units defending Vuhledar and Kurakhove.
The occupiers are also preparing to conduct assault actions near Robotyne to capture Ukrainian positions on the Robotyne salient and move further to Orikhiv.
The presence of Russian equipment in the Robotyne area was confirmed by the spokesman of the 118th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Dmytro Pelykh. However, he believes that the main target of the Russian troops is Zaporizhzhia.
Recall that the Russian army is attempting to encircle the Ukrainian group in the Kurakhove direction.
It should be noted that against the backdrop of active offensive actions by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk region, the Russian occupiers have concentrated their efforts on capturing the Donetsk region. The enemy also continues offensive operations in Kharkiv and Luhansk regions, but with limited success.
