What changes to personal data should TCC know.

After each extension of the general mobilization, citizens do not need to clarify the personal data of the conscripted individuals. However, there are cases when a citizen must contact the TCC to clarify this data. This was reported by lawyer Vladislav Deriy on the 'Yuristy.UA' portal.
Clarification of data and extension of mobilization
The general mobilization in Ukraine has a certain duration, after which it is regularly extended by the decision of the Verkhovna Rada. A citizen contacted the lawyers with the question of whether it is necessary to clarify personal data after each extension of the mobilization.
'There is no automatic obligation to re-confirm data after each extension of the mobilization period or before booking as per the law,' emphasized lawyer Vladislav Deriy in response to the citizen.
When data still needs to be clarified
However, the lawyer added that the clarification of military accounting data is generally mandatory for conscripted citizens. It is important to do this in case of changes in this information, such as residence, surname, or first name.
'If you have changed your place of residence, surname, or first name, you must inform the TCC about this,' emphasized Deriy.
