The mayor of Odesa, Hennadiy Trukhanov, reported this, stating that the city is under attack from hostile drones. According to him, the explosions began at 23:30, and by 00:28, more than 12 powerful explosions had been recorded. Hostile drones are attacking the city from the sea.

According to local media, fires have broken out in several places in the city. Huge columns of smoke are rising over Odesa, and it is also reported that a hostile drone has arrived at a high-rise building.
