The gas supply company contacted customers regarding gas bills
The gas supply company Naftogaz of Ukraine informed customers about gas bills. The first bills of this year are already available for viewing in personal accounts online, and paper bills are on the way to the mailboxes of recipients.
Naftogaz of Ukraine reminds customers that they can pay for their gas through the personal account at my.gas.ua, GASUA chatbots in Viber and Telegram, or the website gas.ua without registration.
'Thank you for your understanding and responsibility,' the company emphasized.
Gas tariff
The gas tariff for the population remains unchanged - 7.96 UAH per cubic meter until April 30, 2025.
Additional bill for technical maintenance
Starting in the fall of 2024, residents of multi-apartment buildings in Ukraine will receive an additional bill for the technical maintenance of internal gas supply systems. This bill will be issued once every three years for houses with old networks and once every five years for newer ones.
Payment deadlines and procedure
The distribution of gas must be paid by the 20th of the current month, and the consumed gas - by the 25th of the following month. If payment is not made within 10 days after the established deadline, the supplier has the right to suspend the service.
Experts also warn that due to the increase in transportation tariffs for gas, a price increase of 10-20% on products may be possible in the first half of 2025.
