The meeting of Ukrainian representatives with advisors on national security and foreign policy from countries in the willing coalition occurred on April 23, 2025, in London. This was reported by presidential spokesperson Andriy Yermak on social media. From the Ukrainian side, the meeting was attended by the head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak, Minister of Foreign Affairs Andriy Sibiga, and Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov. Representatives from partner countries included UK Prime Minister's advisor Jonathan Powell, diplomatic advisor to the President of France Emmanuel Bonne, and advisor to the Chancellor of Germany Jens Plötner. The meeting took place at the residence of the UK Foreign Office at the invitation of Foreign Secretary David Lammy. Andriy Yermak emphasized that this was already the second such meeting; the previous one took place in Paris and was held in a deep dialogue aimed at achieving a fair and lasting peace in Ukraine. He also expressed gratitude to partners for their support and a common goal to end the war as soon as possible. Russia continues to refuse unconditional ceasefire and manipulates the negotiations, but its chances are limited due to international unity and the clear stance of Ukraine's partners. The parties agreed on further consultations with the aim of achieving the main goal - a fair peace in Ukraine.
