Control at the Polish Border - What May Change for Ukrainians.

Every day thousands of Ukrainians cross the border into Poland. However, the country is currently planning to make changes to the entry rules for foreigners, including Ukrainians.
The new entry rules in Poland will apply to all border control points. This initiative is related to the launch of a new European Entry/Exit System (EES) aimed at improving security and simplifying the legal crossing of borders in the Schengen area. The Poles are already ready for the launch of the system, and this is a significant achievement for the country.
In addition, it is worth noting that Poland is strengthening border security with Ukraine by implementing new electronic security systems. This is an important step to ensure safety at the border, especially in the context of increasing illegal migration.
Poland has also temporarily introduced controls at the borders with Germany and Lithuania to combat illegal migration. The checks will last at least until mid-August, and the main goal is to ensure safety at the border and prevent illegal border crossing.
In particular, for Ukrainians crossing the border into Poland, these changes may affect the entry and exit procedures. Therefore, it is important to be careful and responsible when traveling to this country, adhering to all rules and requirements.
