ISW updates map of hostilities: where did the Ukrainian Armed Forces achieve success on the front lines.


The hostilities continue on the Ukrainian front, where both sides have their successes. This situation is confirmed by the report of the American Institute for the Study of War.
In Kharkiv region, Ukrainian defenders are advancing towards the center of Vovchansk using drones, taking into account the work of Russian EW systems.
In Luhansk region, Ukrainian forces repelled Russian attacks in the northwest of Kremenna and the northwest part of Makiivka.
On the Siverskyi direction, Ukrainian troops are advancing northeast of Verkhniokamyanske and west of Sakko and Vancetti. However, Russian forces continue to attack other populated areas.
In the eastern part of Toretsk, the occupiers made a slight advance, but so far this information has not been confirmed by the Russian side.
On the Pokrovsky direction, battles continue in the area of Vozdvyzhenka, Novotoretske, and other populated areas. President Volodymyr Zelensky described the situation on this direction as difficult.
On the Zaporizhzhia direction, Russian forces are using guided bombs, indicating their adaptation and search for new ways to break through Ukrainian defenses.
On the Kherson direction, Russian forces are carrying out limited attacks on the eastern bank of the Dnipro River.
It is worth noting that on the night of September 21, a series of drone attacks took place on Russian military objects, leading to damage to warehouses with rockets and ammunition.
