Electronic referrals to the Military Medical Commission: The Ministry of Defense clarifies important points.

The Ministry of Defense has announced innovations in the system of electronic referrals and decisions of the Military Medical Commissions (MMC). Now Ukrainians have the opportunity to view electronic decisions of the MMC for the examination of military personnel and soldiers through their personal electronic cabinet.
The Ministry of Defense explained that electronic referrals to the MMC for military personnel had already been introduced in the 'Reserv+' program. Now, another innovation has been added - electronic decisions of the MMC for the examination of military personnel and soldiers in the electronic cabinet of the MMC in the Medical Information System of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and its interaction with the 'Oberih' registry.
Applications for electronic referrals can be submitted by all military personnel who wish to undergo an examination, as well as those who have a paper summons for the MMC.
If a military personnel does not appear at the MMC after receiving an electronic referral, the document in the 'Reserv+' system will remain valid for another 15 days. Then it will be necessary to submit a request again.
It is noted that electronic decisions will significantly simplify the process of obtaining payments, benefits, and services related to the health status of military personnel.
After the document is issued, the commission can print a copy for the military personnel.
It should be noted that in Ukraine, an anonymous review of cases by military medical commissions will be introduced by November 2025, which is the third stage of the digitization of the MMC.
