In the city of Dnipro, passersby filmed a situation where a five-year-old girl was sitting on the external unit of the air conditioner on the eighth floor. The girl was swinging her legs and clapping her hands while people who saw this called an ambulance and rescue services, reports the television channel 'We are Ukraine'.

A neighbor of the family, who saw this situation, immediately knocked on the door of the apartment from which the girl had come. Together with her mother, they brought the little one to safety inside the apartment.

The mother of five-year-old Varvara, who caused panic throughout the neighborhood, said that her daughter got up at five in the morning.

'I hugged her and fell asleep again, I didn't see how she got out of bed. After that, I heard a knock at the door,' the woman said.

It turned out that Varvara managed to tear the protective mesh on the window and climb out of the apartment. The mother explains that the girl has various disorders, including autism, attention deficit syndrome, and hyperactivity. This affects her behavior. The child does not feel fear. The police drew up an administrative protocol against the girl's mother for failing to fulfill her parental duties. She faces a fine of up to 1700 hryvnias.
