This year, Ukrainian military personnel will receive the 'Wounded Package'.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to launch the 'Wounded Package' initiative for servicemen by 2025. This was reported by Deputy Minister of Defense Serhiy Melnyk.
He stated that the Ministry of Defense is actively working on a systematic approach to training and preparation methods, as well as on an individual approach to each serviceman. This allows for continuous state support for military personnel, veterans, and recruits.
We are also working on the development of adaptive clothing for wounded soldiers and specialized clothing for female servicemembers, which will provide comfort and functionality.
The package of measures will include the 'Wounded Package', which will start to be issued to soldiers from 2025. Details regarding the content of the package and its receipt are not currently disclosed.
In addition, work is being done to improve the food system and introduce additional financial incentives for military personnel, which will contribute to increasing motivation and service conditions.
These initiatives are only part of the systemic changes we plan to implement. They are intended not only to support our military today but also to create a foundation for their defense, development, and confident future.
The Main Inspection of the Ministry of Defense also plans to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
