House with cinema and land plots: ARMA announces competition for oligarch Fuks' property.

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) announced competitions for the selection of appraisers and managers for the assets of businessman Pavlo Fuks. These assets were seized and transferred to ARMA management by the decision of the Halytskyi District Court of Lviv, the press service of the National Agency reports.
Among these assets are an elite residential house and six land plots on the bank of the Dnipro River in the town of Kozyn, Obukhivskyi district of the Kyiv region. It is also planned to transfer the corporate rights of Fuks-owned companies to management: LLC “KUA “FCI Partners” (100%), JSC “ZNVKIF “Kyiv” (100%), and “Interstroy Group” (62%).
“The interior of the private house includes valuable and high-quality furniture, household appliances, a cinema, a gym, and a massage parlor. And the land plots are located on the bank of the Dnipro River among elite private construction and can be used for various purposes: from farming and gardening to construction,” added ARMA.
As reported, in May 2023, the SBU informed Fuks of suspicion of large-scale financial fraud involving Ukraine's strategic enterprises and systematic tax evasion.
At that Time, he had already been living in London for over a year, having left before the start of the full-scale war.
Recall that on June 18, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine imposed sanctions against oligarchs Dmytro Firtash and Pavlo Fuks. According to the secretary of the NSDC, checks have shown that Fuks was involved in the illegal acquisition of licenses for the extraction of minerals in Ukraine. The NSDC also extended sanctions against a number of individuals and legal entities that were introduced in 2018 for a period of three years.
