Restoration Army: 1.5 billion hryvnias have already been paid to the unemployed.


According to the "Restoration Army" project in Ukraine, over 1.48 billion UAH have already been paid to the unemployed involved in socially useful work, the State Employment Service reported.
The project started in the fall of 2022 and included 19 regions of the country. In total, almost 184 thousand job assignments have been issued across Ukraine.
Among those who most actively participated in the project, the leading regions are: Kharkiv - 28.87 thousand assignments; Donetsk - 21.9 thousand assignments; Chernihiv - 20.18 thousand assignments; Kyiv - 20.12 thousand assignments; Poltava - 19.3 thousand assignments.
For a fully worked month, participants receive a payment of 12 thousand UAH.
Among the types of work offered are: assisting victims of hostilities, construction of protective structures, ensuring the operation of "Points of Invincibility," unloading, packaging and delivery of humanitarian aid, and clearing debris.
